WELCOME TOThe Solution Center

At The Solution Center, we are dedicated to one clear mission:

To Transform Lives Through Microprism and Help All Patients Achieve Their Maximum Potential

Founded by Dr. Kelly Frisella in Osage Beach, Missouri, the practice was created to serve those who have been searching for answers—individuals living with Binocular Vision Dysfunction (BVD) and sensory integration challenges that often go undiagnosed or misunderstood.

We believe that true healing begins when the root cause is identified and treated with care. Through advanced NeuroVisual™  testing and customized microprism solutions, we help patients reduce symptoms, improve function, and regain confidence in everyday life.

Whether you’re navigating life after a concussion, struggling with dizziness, or simply feel “off” despite normal eye exams, we’re here to help you find clarity, comfort, and control.

Your path to relief—and your fullest potential—starts here.

We are so glad that you are here - Welcome!

Learn More Take The BVD Assessment

You might be suffering from Binocular Vision Dysfunction (BVD). With BVD, one eye sees an image differently (vertically, horizontally—or both) than the other eye. The body corrects this by overusing and severely straining the eye muscles, causing the symptoms of BVD, which include headaches, blurry vision, dizziness, difficulty with reading, learning, and concentrating, and even anxiety in large spaces.
