We’re honored to welcome patients from across the region—and beyond—who travel to The Solution Center for our specialized care in NeuroVisual Medicine. Whether you’re coming from out of town or bringing a loved one for treatment, we want your visit to be as smooth, relaxing, and comfortable as possible.

Before You Arrive

  • Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in.

  • Your total visit time will likely be approximately 2.5 hours, depending on the complexity of your case and testing needs.

Where to Find Us & Where to Park

Our office is located on the backside of Liberty Plaza, right next door to Harbor Freight and across the street from Scooter’s Coffee.
  • We recommend parking behind the building, where you’ll find more parking and easier access to our main entrance. There are two sets of stairs that lead up to the second level, located on each end of the building.

  • You are also welcome to park in the upper (front) parking lot if preferred. If you park up front, you will take the set of stairs down to the second level entrance in between the hair salon and SqEZ.

Look for The Solution Center signage, and don’t hesitate to call us if you need help locating the office.

While You Wait

If you’re accompanying a friend or family member to their appointment, we want you to feel comfortable too. We offer a number of amenities for your convenience:

  • Complimentary WiFi

  • Access to our conference room for working, relaxing, snacking, or watching TV/movies

  • Coffee bar and snacks are complimentary and available for all patients and their families in the conference room


Just upstairs from us, you’ll find SqEZ Juice Bar—a perfect spot for a light meal, smoothie, or protein shake. They also offer a cozy lounge area for working or relaxing if you need a change of scenery while you wait.
