Sensory Integration

At The Solution Center, we understand that vision is only one part of the complex sensory system that helps us navigate the world. Many of our patients—especially those with Binocular Vision Dysfunction (BVD), developmental delays, concussions, or sensory processing challenges—benefit from integrated therapies that go beyond traditional vision care.

Our Sensory Integration Services are designed to support the brain’s ability to receive, process, and respond to sensory information more effectively. These services are especially helpful for children struggling with focus, coordination, and learning challenges, as well as adults recovering from brain injuries or living with sensory dysregulation.

We offer the following specialized therapies:

Interactive Metronome®

This computer-based training program helps improve timing, rhythm, and coordination by combining auditory and physical cues. It’s used to strengthen attention, working memory, and motor planning—key areas for academic performance and everyday function.

NeuroSage™

NeuroSage is an innovative technology that uses targeted motion and vibration to stimulate the brain and nervous system. It’s designed to support balance, mobility, and cognitive performance by activating sensory pathways that may be underperforming—especially after trauma or neurological disruption.

Primitive Reflex Integration

Primitive reflexes are early movement patterns that should naturally fade as a child grows. If they remain active, they can interfere with coordination, posture, emotional regulation, and learning. Our reflex integration work helps reset and rewire these early patterns so patients can move and function with greater ease and confidence.

Rezzimax® Therapy

A handheld vibrational device used to relieve chronic tension, migraines, TMJ pain, and nervous system overload. Rezzimax works by stimulating key nerve points and helping the body shift from a state of stress to calm, aiding both physical and emotional regulation.

Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBM)

PBM uses red and near-infrared light to stimulate healing at the cellular level. This gentle, non-invasive light therapy promotes tissue repair, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and enhances mitochondrial function. It’s an excellent support for patients with post-concussion symptoms, chronic headaches, neurological inflammation, or sensory overload.

Together, these therapies work in harmony with our NeuroVisual treatment plans to help patients achieve better balance, focus, and full-body regulation. Whether we’re supporting a child’s development or helping an adult return to daily activities after injury, our goal is always the same: to help each person reach their maximum potential.
